"Therefore, since we have been justified through FAITH, we have PEACE with God through our LORD JESUS CHRIST, through whom we have gained access by FAITH into this GRACE in which we now stand. And we boast in the HOPE of the GLORY of GOD. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings. Because we know that suffering produces, perseverance; perseverance, character; and character HOPE. And HOPE does not put us to shame, because GOD’s LOVE has been poured out into our hearts through the HOLY SPIRIT, who has been given to us."

Meditation:
Life is full of stressors; sorrows and joys, ups and downs, there are a long list of stressors: Wars, Violence, crisis, Pandemics crimes, traumas, hurts, challenges, diseases, problems, disasters, losses, grief, sufferings etc.
People are overwhelmed, living with fear, anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, and burned out. People are looking for instant gratification; a break, vacation, rest… or some turn to drugs and other kinds of substances; alcohol, compulsive spending, etc… or some people just live in despair… or some look for help in the right place the Bible... All people are looking for moments of HOPE and PEACE…
Where is true HOPE and PEACE?
The Path begins with FAITH, The Bible says:
"Therefore, since we have been justified through FAITH, we have PEACE with GOD through our LORD JESUS CHRIST, through whom we have gained access by FAITH into this GRACE in which we now stand. And we boast in the HOPE of the GLORY of GOD."
Romans 5:1-2
Christians are not living a “Perfect Happy Life”. There are “Stormy days or seasons of tough times” … we are not exempt of sorrow temptation, accidents, traumatic events… suffering, and hurts…
But after we receive JESUS CHRIST as our Savior, we receive the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT and HIS fruit; LOVE, JOY, PEACE… GOD’s GRACE and HIS HOLY SPIRIT GIVES HOPE, which enables endurance, in the middle of the “storms of life”… and we get a “special PEACE and JOY” that surpasses any understanding! Hallelujah!
“And we boast in the HOPE of the GLORY of GOD. We also rejoice in our sufferings. Because we know that suffering produces, perseverance; perseverance, character; and character HOPE. And HOPE does not put us to shame, because GOD’s LOVE has been poured out into our hearts through the HOLY SPIRIT, who has been given to us.” Romans 5:3-5
Prayer:
Our Father in Heaven Thank you for sending us Jesus and your HOLY SPIRIT and HIS fruit. Continue to empower, lead, and guide us to live under your will, spreading the “Good News of Salvation” our HOPE is in you! In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
