“Who shall separate us from the Love of Christ? Shall trouble, or hardship or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger or sword? As it is written for your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered. NO, in all these things we are more than conquerors through HIM who LOVED us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels, nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the LOVE of God that is in Christ Jesus our LORD.”

Meditation:
Last Monday April 8th, 2024, we witnessed a Total Solar Eclipse, and that reminds us that we are living in dark and dangerous times, there is a Spiritual war in the world, between the LIGHT and the darkness.
We ‘re under attack, however our Hope, Faith and Trust is in God, knowing that He is fighting this battle, and His Light always will overcome the darkness.
The Bible is filled with numerous moments of assurance for our lives. God loved us so much, and desired our salvation so much, that he gave up his Son so that we could be saved. This one act is enough to convince us that nothing can ever stand against us. We can do all things through Jesus Christ – so long as it is to the glory of God. We can face all kinds of rulers of darkness and principalities, boldly, because God is always with us and that will never change.
When we are facing difficulties, challenges, or suffering we need to ask ourselves, if God is for us, who can be against us? He spared not only his own Son, but delivered him up for all of us to free us from our sins. He gave us the gift of eternal life so why would he not help us in our struggles?
We are more than conquerors in Jesus’ name, and NOTHING will be able to separate us from the LOVE of GOD that is in JESUS CHRIST our LORD!!!
Prayer:
Gracious God, thank you for giving us confidence in you. Lord, time and time again you have given us every reason to trust in you and never doubt you. No dark power or force can ever prosper against us because you always have our back, Almighty God. Father, I pray that if there is ever a time when challenges try to overwhelm us, may we be reminded of this truth: that you are always with us and that will never change. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
